Refund policy
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that any of our services is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If such a cancellation occurs on your prepaid order, we shall make full refund without any cancellation charge.
In the event that we are unable to provide the service that you have ordered through pre-payment for any reason whatsoever (except for any act, omission, negligence, violation of the Terms and Conditions and/or law of the country on your part), we shall communicate with you, and you shall have the option to either request for refund (in which case you will get full refund without any cancellation charge), or you can request to put in credit for future purchases from us.
You have the right to cancel your order and get a refund without any cancellation charge, provided the order for our service has been cancelled within 24 hours of placing the pre-paid order. There is no option of order cancellation and refund (whether in whole or in part) thereafter.
If you fail to avail or utilize the services after placing an order without cancellation, it will be deemed that you have utilized the services and accordingly no refund will be applicable.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Unless otherwise agreed mutually by you and us, refund shall be affected within 10 days of payment where refund is allowed in this policy. In case of circumstances which is beyond our control, it can take longer days.
