This website is operated by Moar Space Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “MSL”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Moar Space Limited. We provide services relating to co-working spaces and these are the Terms and Conditions governing your access and use of our site with or without purchase of our services.
By visiting our site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old. If you are below the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), who by accepting these Terms and Conditions shall agree to take responsibility for your actions and any charges associated with your use of our website and/or purchase of services. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing our website immediately.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing any service from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referred herein. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site.

To access and avail the services offered by us, we may require that you create an account with us or provide personal information to complete the creation of an account. You agree and undertake to provide us with information which are correct and complete at all times. In order to complete a request for service of MSL, you may be required to provide additional details for us to complete your request. You are required to review and confirm that all the information you provide are true, accurate and complete. A request for service is successful when you receive an email confirmation from us in this regard. You agree and understand that the services offered by MSL are non-transferrable in nature.
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of any services from our site or otherwise and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per prevailing law. Prices for the services offered by MSL are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our service or our site (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service or site.
Representation, Warranty and Undertaking
You agree and acknowledge that any use of our site, purchase of any of the services offered by us and/or any access to private information, data or communications using your account and password shall be deemed to be either performed by you or authorized by you as the case may be. You agree that we shall be entitled (but not obliged) to act upon, rely on or hold you solely responsible and liable in respect thereof as if the same were carried out or transmitted by you. You further agree and acknowledge that you shall be bound by and agree to fully indemnify us against any and all losses arising from the use of or access to our website through your account.

Payment Method
MSL reserves the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove existing payment methods at anytime in its sole discretion. If you choose to pay using an online payment method, the payment shall be processed by our third party payment service provider(s). With your consent, your credit card/ debit card/ payment information may be stored with our third party payment service provider(s) for future transactions. Please note that MSL does not store your credit card, debit card or payment information. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds on your credit and debit card to fulfil payment for any service of MSL.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that if you choose to make payment by bank cards or digital accounts for the services offered by MSL, the bank card and the digital account details provided by you for using payment gateway service through MSL’s website are correct, accurate and valid. You shall not use any debit/credit card, or detail of any bank account or digital account that is not lawfully owned by you, or the use of which is not authorized by the lawful owner thereof.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless MSL, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates from any claim, proceedings, demand, actions, loss, damages, penalty (whether direct or indirect) including reasonable attorney's fees, arising as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any document incorporated by reference or any policies or rules in relation to the services offered by us, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations or the rights of a third party.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, and all information and contents in the website and all website design, including, but not limited to text, logos, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software shall remain our exclusive property, and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, distributed or otherwise exploited in any way without our prior express written consent, and may not be used in connection with any product or service that does not belong to us or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

We do not warrant or represent that our website shall be available in a manner which is secure, timely, uninterrupted, error-free, free of technical difficulties, defects or viruses. Additionally, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted due to scheduled or regular system maintenance work, repairs, downtimes attributable to internet or electronic communications or events of force majeure which is beyond our reasonable control, or the introduction of new facilities or services at any time without prior notice.
You acknowledge and undertake that you are visiting our website, accessing the services offered by us on our website and transacting at your own risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transactions through our website. Services are provided by us are 'as is' and 'as available', without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Courts, tribunals and/or quasi-judicial bodies located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions.

Any failure on our part to exercise or enforce any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, unless expressly made in writing by our authorized representative. No waiver of any provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
